Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TimeFix Camera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal or commercial use on devices that you own or control.

You May:

Use the App for lawful purposes only
Take and edit photos using the App's features
Add watermarks, timestamps, and location data to your photos
Share photos created with the App

You May Not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or modify any proprietary notices from the App
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to the photos and content you create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your photos. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos locally on your device to provide the App's functionality.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you process through the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

TimeFix Camera may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscription Terms:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Accuracy of Watermark Information

While we strive to provide accurate timestamp and location information in watermarks, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. The accuracy of location data depends on your device's GPS and network capabilities. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information added to your photos.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
